    TRAINLOT SRL is a company registered in Romania responsible for operating the portal.

  2. What personal data do we process?

    If you are a trainer, TRAINLOT SRL is a personal data controller. We collect the following types of personal data from you:

    • Name and surname
    • Email
    • Phone number
    • Invoice address
    • Account ID
    • Online activity
    • Navigation history
    • IP address

    If you are a user of the platform introduced by a trainer, TRAINLOT SRL is a personal data processor for the company employing the trainer. Please request your trainer to provide you a privacy notice as a data controller.

    In order to use the services provided by the platform as a trainer or a user introduced by a trainer, TRAINLOT SRL can collect your IP address.

  3. Why do we need them?

    We need your personal data to provide you with the following services: On the legal basis of offering the service of uploading content on the platform Trainer account management

    • Name and Surname – we need this data to communicate with you
    • Email – Email Address we use to communicate with you.
    • Phone number – We will contact you if problems arise
    • Invoice address – we need this information to issue invoices to you according to legal requirements

    Trainer account management

    • Account ID – when creating the user account an Account ID is automatically created to manage the account in the platform
    • Online activity – we will keep the logs of the account activities in order to protect the platform

    • Name and surname – we need this data to be able to personalize the newsletter
    • Email Address – We need this information to send you the newsletter

  4. What we do with them

    Your personal data is processed within TRAINLOT SRL company located in Romania. Hosting and storing your data take place at Hosterion SRL which is located in Romania.

    The personal data necessary for accounting activities is processed by our partner in Romania Sav Consult SRL acting as data processor.

    We do not collect any payment card information - this is collected directly by the payment gateway (optional). The payment gateway used by www.trainlot.com is Stripe (www.stripe.com).

    To provide the services offered by TRAINLOT SRL, your IP address can be shared with the company Pusher Limited, located in the United Kingdom.

    When using contact forms on our website the information is sent to us in an email and will be retained for as long as it takes to process your enquiry. Your email is sent to us through our email service, Mailgun, whose privacy policy you can read here: https://www.mailgun.com/privacy-policy

    When subscribing for an account offered by TRAINLOT SRL., the invitation is sent to you thorough our email service, Mailgun,whose privacy policy you can read here: https://www.mailgun.com/privacy-policy

    Your personal data for browsing history is transmitted to our partners described in the cookies policy, which act as joint controllers.

  5. How long do we keep personal data?

    The personal data from the trainer account will be retained for the lifetime of the account, after which it will be deleted. In case of account inactivity for three years, the account will be deleted.

    The personal data from the user account will be retained in accordance with the instructions of the trainer who entered your data on the platform, as it acts as a data controller. If the trainer company requests the return of the personal data it will be sent back to the controller.

    The personal data from the newsletter will be retained for the lifetime of the newsletter or till the consent is withdrawn.

    The personal data contained in the financial-accounting documents or documents annexed to the financial and accounting documents shall be retained for 10 years in accordance with the provisions of article 38 of annex 1 At Order No. 2634/2015 on financial and accounting documents issued by the Ministry of Public Finances and shall not be accessed for any purpose other than the legal purpose for which they are archived. After 10 years this data will be destroyed.

  6. What are your rights?

    If you have reason to believe that any personal data that we have about you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to ask to see your personal data, to correct it, to request to be deleted, to request restriction of processing or to object to the processing. You also have the right to data portability. To exercise these rights please contact us at contact@trainlot.com. If we act as data processors we will redirect these requests to the relevant data controller.

    If you want to file a complaint about how we process your personal data, please contact us at contact@trainlot.com. We will contact you to solve the problem raised.

    You can also contact the National Supervisory Authority for the processing of personal data at www.dataprotection.ro and you can file a complaint.
